These types of project are invariably full of difficulties. They are late in completion, you make large payments "in good faith" during the construction process and then you struggle to have the property connected for supplies of water and electricity.

Here at Sunshine Homes we deal only with quality re-sale properties that you can view. All are excellent value. If we believe that an owner is asking too high a price we simply do not accept instructions for the sale. With these honest principles you have complete peace of mind.

The first stage, when we have found the right property for you, is the signing of a contract and the payment of a deposit. This secures the property for you at the price agreed. The second stage is completion at the office of the notary where you pay the balance of the price, receive the keys and the property becomes yours. We are experienced in all aspects of property sale and purchase and look after you every step of the way. We are happy to work with your own solicitor or arrange legal representation for you.
