Mortgages

If you need a mortgage to finance your property purchase then we can make all the arrangements on your behalf. Interest rates in Spain are lower than in Britain and the banks will lend up to 80% of the purchase price.

The banks would need to see proof of income (usually last Tax Form P60 and last 3 pay slips, pension details or last completed accounts for those who are self-employed) but do not need to see any details of outgoings. This keeps the process straightforward and easy to arrange.

Mortgages are available over a period of 35 years up to a maximum age of 75. If you would prefer a low payment mortgage then we can arrange interest-only payments for the first 5 years.
